Range from additional cleans following snagging by builders and refurbishment projects to high specification cleaning of show homes, retail stores and many other premises prior to handover or opening to the general public.

For dirty, greasy and grimy projects a more robust specification may be required in order to return areas to a clean state before normal working practices can continue.

An essential maintenance service Our carpet cleaning services cross all industry sectors including offices, education, retail, leisure and healthcare, and the work we do can range from sparkle cleans in show developments to builders cleans and salvage work. We also provide our carpet cleaning to clients as a service on its own, as one-off cleaning, or within a periodic maintenance programme such as quarterly, six monthly or annual cleaning.

Our cleaning process

  • Identify – Identify carpet type and construction, which would dictate the cleaning method.
  • Inspect – Inspect areas of staining, soilage and excessive wear and tear to determine the correct treatment, and perform trial area cleans as necessary.
  • Movement of furniture – If required we are able to move light furniture or furniture on wheels such as chairs and small desks. We will not move computers or large items such as filing cabinets and bookcases. We ask that small items such as bins and personal possessions are removed from the floor by your own staff prior to cleaning commencing.
  • Spot stain treatment & Pre Spray – Apply correct treatment to stains & detergent pre-spray for cleaning heavily soiled commercial carpets.
  • Extraction cleaning – Using the powerful, twin motor, 3 stage vacuum, Powr-Flite BlackMax extractors, we rinse and neutralise your carpets at high heat and pressure using Prochem solutions such as Fibre and Fabric. The dirty solution is then extracted leaving your carpets as dry as possible.
  • Airflow drying system – Where required, in areas affected by flood damage or poor air flow, we can install our high speed air movers to accelerate drying times.
  • Stain protection(Optional) – Apply stain protector to prevent carpet fibres absorbing small oil and water based stains.

This is an effective method for removing dirt, grime, and stains from various types of stone surfaces. The process involves using hot steam to break down and lift away contaminants without the need for chemicals. It is particularly suitable for natural stones like granite, marble, and slate, as well as tiled surfaces.

Here are some key points about steam cleaning stone:

  • Gentle Cleaning: Steam cleaning is gentle on stone surfaces, avoiding potential damage that harsh chemicals might cause.
  • Versatility: It can be used on both interior and exterior stone surfaces, including floors, countertops, walls, and even outdoor stone structures.
  • Sanitisation: Steam cleaning not only cleans but also sanitizes by killing bacteria and germs present on the stone surface.
  • Stain Removal: The high temperature of the steam helps in breaking down and lifting stubborn stains, making it effective for removing oil, grease, or other difficult substances.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Since steam cleaning often doesn't require additional cleaning agents, it is considered an environmentally friendly method.
  • Equipment Considerations: It's important to use a steam cleaner designed for stone surfaces to prevent potential damage. Adjust the pressure and temperature settings according to the type of stone.
  • Sealing After Cleaning: Depending on the type of stone, it may be advisable to apply a sealer after steam cleaning to protect the surface and enhance its longevity.

Using Scaffolding and MEWPs (Mobile elevated work platforms), to safely access internal high level areas such as warehouses and factory roof spaces including high level beams and ledges, pipework/ducting and air vents.
