"Four years later, I’m still here. The school is around the corner from where I live. It’s not easy. You reach a certain age, you can be mega skilled, but as soon as you put your date of birth down, nobody’s interested. I start half past three to half past six. Just three hours a day. You’ve got the rest of the day to do what you want. It’s good managing a team. Everyone’s nice, everyone’s good, and if you treat people how you want to be treated, it works, doesn’t it? You have a lot of different religions, different ethnic groups, but you walk in there and everyone’s the same. That’s life. And that’s the difference about working here, everyone gets on. And it’s run by a fabulous team at the front, you know, the management team. The client here is lovely."
